My name is JOE SANCHEZ, and I am the Principal Owner/ Broker of Allied Equity and have been in the real estate finance business over 17 years. I also hold a Bachelors in Finance (Cal State San Bernardino). Although I am the owner, I still enjoy working as a loan officer. I can assist in Refinance loans, Purchase loans, FHA, VA, and also Commercial Loans. I am NMLS licensed, #359090 (company ID) and #359382 (loan originator ID), and also DRE brokers licensed 01201910 in the State of California.

I am based in Southern California and have always operated my business out of the city of Upland, California,  centrally located in Southern California (30 miles east of Los Angeles) and located in the Inland Empire area of Southern California. With the Technology available in todays Mortgage industry, I am fully able to originate and fund loans throughout the State of California and have had clients from San Diego through Napa, California!

I have seen and experienced the various Real Estate and Economic business cycles since 1996. I have been able to adjust and adapt to allow me to operate and work in this dynamic Mortgage / Real Estate industry, and being able to tale care of my clients primary financial focus and needs have also allowed me to build my clientele into what I hope to be lifetime clients! (Referrals are a big part of my success and I appreciate and dedicate my work ethics to giving utmost customer service to all my clients, whether its a $40,000 condo purchase or a $1,000,000 mansion purchase, I am always dedicated to my clients needs!


I also can assist in real estate purchases as a Buyers Agent through our real estate division (Terra Linda Realty). I can help getting you approved for a mortgage and in addition represent you as a buyers agent in your real estate purchase transaction. Many of my clients appreciate the convenience of having the experience to work both as a mortgage professional and represent my clients as their buyers agent!
